You will receive a final order confirmation once its ready for production and ready to complete payment.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information to your email address when your order ships out, just as you would with an order for an in-stock item.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipping services used by Coffee Clothing provide a tracking number and insurance of your package. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Taxes and duties.
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the order total. For countries outside Europe; customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Coffee Clothing, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.
All orders in The Netherlands will be delivered with PostNL.
All orders in Europe and UK will be shipped with either UPS Standard or DPD.All orders in North America and Rest of the World will be shipped with DHLExpress.
All packages are traceable with tracking information and will be sent as soon as this is available.

If located in the Netherlands, there’s the possibility to pick up your order at our head office. You can collect your order in a faster and more environmentally friendly way.
How it works.
Select Pick up at the check-out. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be picked up (usually ready within 2-hours during office hours). Please bring your ID and order confirmation.
If you don’t pick up your order within 14 days after purchase, your order will be automatically canceled. If for some reason you are not able to pick up your order within this period, please send us an email.

Locations of Trees.
We started our tree planting journey with partners in Nepal and Madagascar. Most of the plantations in Nepal are located near Pokhara. In Madagascar, we currently support projects in two national parks where the habitat for endangered species can be secured. Other plantations are located in the Northwest of Madagascar, both on the coast and inland.
GROW MY TREE plants species-rich mixed forests, the majority of which are suitable for the location native tree species. Thus become trees planted that would naturally also occur at the planting site.

We’ve established partnerships with Tree Planting Partners across: Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda and Malawi.

Return Terms and Conditions.
All items from the archive sale are final and non-returnable. On all items outside of the archive sale our regular policy as described below applies.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at coffeeclothing.co, you have the possibility of returning the products to us within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please send us an email, once we receive the returned item(s), you will receive your refund typically within 48 hours. We do not cover the shipment costs or customs charges for returning your order.

All returns that are shipped back, following our return and exchange terms and conditions, will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping charges, customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees are not refundable.
