TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please review the Coffee clothing terms and conditions outlined below. Also note that your use of our site and purchase of our products constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.
By placing an on order on the Coffee clothing webstore you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at email@example.com before placing your order with us. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once the payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.
DAMAGES OR DEFECTS
The customer must need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if it happens that a received item is defective or damaged, we will respond within 48 business hours. The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged in an orderly fashion. All the returns should be authorized before requesting a return and sent tracked.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
If the customer wants to return an order for store credit or exchange for a different size, please send us an email. The customer can return or exchange the order within 14 calendar days after receiving the order. Once we received the returned item, the customer will receive a gift card code within 48 hours. Coffee clothing does not cover the shipment costs or customs charges for returning orders. The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged in an orderly fashion. All the returns should be authorized before requesting a return and sent tracked.
Customers bear the risks of damage and loss once products and orders have been dispatched by Coffee clothing. As of the immediate moment of acceptance of shipment by a common carrier, Coffee clothing absolves itself of all and any responsibility for loss or damage of your order thenceforth. Responsibility and title of the product is passed onto the customer with immediate effect.
The estimated delivery times are:
– National / 2-5 business days
– Europe Zone 1,2 & 3 / 5-10 business days
– Rest of the world / 5-12 business days
If we are unable to deliver the products within the agreed term, we will notify the customer accordingly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipping services used by Coffee clothing provide a tracking number and insurance of your package. Coffee clothing shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Orders within Europe will not be subjected to any additional charges. For countries outside Europe; there may be additional charges like import duties, depending on the local customs. These additional charges are to be paid to the local carrier and/or customs and are not collected by Coffee clothing.
