We aim to deliver your order as efficiently as possible, without compromising on quality or craftsmanship.

Shipping Costs

  • Colombia: Free shipping on orders over 150,000 COP. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of 8,500 COP applies.

  • Other Latin America: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $100 USD.

  • Europe Zone 1: €15 or free shipping above €250

  • Europe Zone 2 & UK: €25 or free shipping above €250

  • North America: €40 or free shipping above €500

  • Rest of World: €60 or free shipping above €500

  • Colombia: 1–3 business days
  • Other Latin American countries: 1–3 business days (subject to local courier service availability)
  • EU & UK: 1–2 weeks

Rest of World (North America, Asia, Oceania, etc.): 1–2 weeks

Pre-Orders

As a made-to-order brand, pre-orders are crafted specifically for you. Estimated delivery times:

  • Colombia & Latin America: 2–4 weeks
  • North America: 2–4 weeks
  • EU & UK: 2–6 weeks
  • Rest of World: 2–6 weeks

Timelines begin after production confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production flow and customs clearance.

We are committed to being transparent about shipping and import responsibilities across regions.

Colombia (Domestic Orders)

All orders shipped within Colombia are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This means all taxes and import duties are included in your order total. You will not incur any additional fees upon delivery.

Other Latin American Countries

Orders shipped to other Latin American countries are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means local taxes, import duties, and customs fees are not included in your order total and may be charged upon delivery by your local customs authority. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.

European Union, UK, North America & Rest of World

All international orders outside of Colombia are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Local import taxes, duties, or handling fees may apply upon delivery. These costs are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Why we don’t include duties outside Colombia

Customs regulations and import fees vary significantly between countries. To ensure fair pricing for all customers, we only include taxes and duties in Colombian orders. For all other destinations, we recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an order.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • Archive Sale items are final and non-returnable.
  • Return shipping, customs, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping charges and any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, email us at info@coffeeclothing.co within 48 hours. We’ll ensure a replacement is sent as soon as possible.

  • Bring your ID and order confirmation.
  • You’ll be notified when your order is ready (usually within 2 hours during business hours).
  • Orders not picked up within 14 days will be canceled unless you contact us in advance.
