Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

By placing an order on the Coffee Clothing online store, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you are not satisfied with any part of these terms, please contact us at info@coffeeclothing.co before placing your order.

We must receive full payment for the products you order in order to accept your purchase. Once payment is received, we will confirm acceptance by sending an email to the address you provided. This email confirms that a legally binding contract has been established between you and Coffee Clothing. All contracts are concluded in English.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@coffeeclothing.co. We will respond within 48 business hours.
Returned item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging. All returns must be authorized in advance and shipped with tracking.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return your item for store credit or exchange it for another size, please email us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Once we receive your returned item, you will receive a gift card code within 48 hours.
Coffee Clothing does not cover return shipping costs or customs fees.
Returned item(s) must be in the same condition as received and properly packaged. All returns must be pre-authorized and shipped with tracking.

SHIPPING

Customers assume all risks of damage and loss once orders have been shipped.
Once a carrier accepts the package, Coffee Clothing is not responsible for any damage or loss. Ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer at that point.

Estimated shipping times:
– Domestic (Colombia): 2–5 business days
– European Zones 1, 2 & 3: 5–10 business days
– Rest of the world: 5–12 business days

If we are unable to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we will notify you. Coffee Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All our shipments come with tracking numbers and basic insurance.
We are not liable for delays or non-fulfillment caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Orders shipped within Europe will not incur additional charges.
For countries outside Europe, import duties, customs fees, or additional charges may apply, depending on your local customs regulations. These must be paid directly to your local carrier or customs office and are not collected by Coffee Clothing.
